The 7-day "No-Reason Return" policy does *not* apply in the following situations:

4) Products with missing or severely damaged outer packaging (excluding instances where the package was merely opened), where such condition renders the item unsuitable for resale.

6) Other instances where the product is in poor condition, rendering it unsuitable for resale.

3. **Regarding Refunds:** Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact the courier company directly. Once the courier company receives the returned item(s), they will notify us regarding the refund process; we will complete the refund within 15 business days thereafter.
